I'm not happy with the quality at all
"I bought my fifth Eric Javits hat. It's my first felt hat: Wool Zora Felt Fedora Hat. Unfortunately, I'm not happy with the quality at all. There's a bump in the felt and the brim of the hat is uneven . When I put the hat on, it's not straight, and it's not the style at all, because this style of hat should be even. I would like to return this hat and get a refund for the hat and shipping charges, but customer service said I can pay charges. Not good service."

"The hat is gorgeous and workmanship is perfect. I do want to exchange. The crown is too tall for me. I have had many Eric Javis hats over the years. Most of them straw. I have 3 wool but never have found the perfect fall hat. The 11’ crown is just too tall to look great on me. I have a black Ms Cool but would like a larger brim. Please advise on exchange. I can always wear most of your straw but want a perfect fall hat many thanks Carol Barton"

- Hello, I have several EJ hats and love them all! The next one I am looking at is the Pearl Gray Wool Zora Fedora. My question is regarding the color. Is it a true gray or a gray with a slight pink or purple hue. It is hard to tell from the pictures.

- does the wool zora hat have the same crown height as the straw phoenix hat and do they have the same fit? are the crown heights the same on your fedora hats as well as the interior fit?
