Item/s are returned within 21 days of receipt.
Item/s are unworn, undamaged, in original packaging with tags attached and in saleable condition.
Items are returned with the original Packing Slip.

We urge customers to pay close attention to size and fit description on each individual product page.
If your hat is too small, a hat stretcher will stretch your hat without making it too big. If you find your hat is just too tight, we recommend returning your hat for the next size up and adding a hat filler.
If your hat is too big, a hat filler may be an option as they reduce the hat size by approximately 1-2.5cm. By adding the filler, you can tailor the hat to fit your head shape and size perfectly.
If your hat is too big lengthways, and you can fit index finger at the front and back at the same time, we also suggest a hat filler.
We strongly recommend each customer measures their head before purchasing their new hat to ensure they’re selecting the correct size. We also urge customers to pay close attention to size and fit description on our individual product pages to assist with their purchase.

We do, however, re-stock some styles and try to do so within 2-6 weeks of becoming unavailable.
