"Ordered the visor on April 9. Visor delivered April 20. Have been trying to initiate a return. Finally emailed customer service on 5/11 and was told that the 28 day window from the date the order was placed, allowing me only 17 days to return the item, had elapsed. This policy is outrageous and I will be reporting this transaction to every website I can find."
