Inspired by tales of Greek and Roman mythology, Eric named this fedora after the goddess Daphne because she succeeded in attaining immortality when victoriously escaping the sun god Apollo.

The Daphne fedora features a generous 4.5" brim that provides you with protective shade for your head, face, neck and ears. It's constructed from our patented Squishee® a sustainable man-made material incorporating partially recycled fibers. Squishee® is lightweight, durable and packable, so you can take it with you anywhere you go this summer. For travel, Daphne packs upside down in your suitcase. Stuff the crown with hosiery and use surrounding articles to support the brim. After unpacking, Daphne will emerge wrinkle free.

Daphne fedora is rated 50+ UPF. It effectively blocks up to 98% of the sun's ultraviolet rays, preventing sunburn and overexposure.
