Women’s rain hat for sale online is designed to flatter petite to medium size women that do not want, “too much hat!” 
It is a classic style that can be used year-round. 

A six section, soft construction round crown with covered button on top is paired with a flexible, downward sloped, trapunto stitched brim.
Chin ties secure Rain Cloche for high-wind days and can either be tucked inside the crown or detached when not in use.
