"I order this beautiful hat to wear this winter. I’m undergoing chemotherapy and I needed a very warm hat to cover my head. Unfortunately, by the time I opened the box up it was a couple of weeks after it had arrived. I was in the hospital for a period of time and I noticed that 21 days you have until you can return it I’d like to know since I was not able to get to the post office if I can return it if it still has the little tag on it and it’s in good shape."
