However, I don't particularly like the gold plaque on the side, and it arrived with little scratches on it. You cannot remove it as it is attached to the bag. "I love this bag as it holds all my needs very comfortably, including my phone, car keys, small wallet, tissues, lipstick, and eye drops. The only issue I had with the bag were the strap clips as the opening on the lobster clasp was in the wrong place and the bag fell away from the strap when items were placed in the bag but I had other straps available so I just replaced. Or if I wanted, I could just have the opening on the clasp closed by a welder. The bag is soft and good material and the color is also good"
