The Eric Javits Sunbust Visor is a luxury designer hat crafted from patented squishee® straw. The Sunbust visor is a practical closed crown visor with a generous 4-inch brim. The bevel shaped crown flatters any face shape.

Women's Closed Crown Sun Visor

Sunbust Visor is a women's closed crown sun visor designed for polished summer coverage, lightweight comfort, and easy packability. Made from signature Squishee® straw, it combines the practicality of a visor with a more refined, structured silhouette that feels chic and easy to wear.

The closed crown design offers fuller coverage than an open visor, while the bevel-shaped crown flatters a wide range of face shapes. A generous 4-inch brim helps shade the face, and grosgrain ribbon trim adds a crisp finishing detail that gives the visor a polished, elevated look.

Crafted from patented Squishee® material, Sunbust Visor offers the appearance of natural raffia with the performance benefits of a man-made straw made in part from recycled plastics. The material is lightweight, breathable, water-resistant, and more durable than traditional straw, making it especially useful for travel and repeated wear. It can be packed upside down in a suitcase, using soft clothing to support the brim.

Sunbust Visor also delivers advanced sun protection. Independent testing granted it a UPF 50+ rating, and it blocks up to 98% of UVA and UVB rays. A removable terry forehead pad adds comfort and can be detached for easy washing, while the Velcro® closure adjusts the head size for a more personalized fit.

"I love your hats. Been wearing forever. They wear well, not hot or itchy. Stylish too. I ordered one hat and somehow a second was added for over 200. After purchasing one, you offered others.
