Beautiful Fedora Hat

"The Fedora hat shows excellence in workmanship and fits beautifully. Unlike natural straw, the form will be retained over the years. I have another Eric Javits hat that I purchased 18 years ago from Neiman Marcus, I believe, and every time i wear it I receive compliments. It has retained its shape over the years despite having been packed in suitcases. It is also a Fedora-type hat with gold threads woven into the material and a light brown quality leather band around the brim. I love Eric Javits' purses as well and have several that again are of the highest quality and beautiful in design."

Just received my Daphne and love it but fit is a little snug. Is this normal? Will it stretch a bit with wear?: To answer your question honestly: a slightly snug fit at first can be normal, especially with structured hats. Some hats will soften and mold a bit to your head over time. Straw or more structured materials don’t really stretch much at all and tend to hold their shape

Regarding your Daphne fedora: What is the height of the crown? Is there a wire rimming the brim to help the hat brim hold its shape? Can you provide the overall diameter of the hat (brim-to brim edge = for hat box/case sizing). Thank you!: Hi Allison, the height of the hat from the front is 4" , from the side is 4.5".
