Is the Quilty hat adjustable? There is no size information. I have a 21.5” head size. Is there a shipping charge if a hat is retu4ned? Thank you.
Hi Cindy, Thank you for reaching out to us. Most of our hats are made in a standard "one size fits most" at 22 3/4. Unfortunately, none of our Quilty Hats (Fedora or Bucket) are adjustable.
