This is the second Caroline

- My wife has a smaller head size. Do you make hats in sizes.
- one size but we can always size the hats down for a customer, also some of our hats have velcro adjuster in the inside of the hat.
- What is the best way to straighten the brim of this hat? Mine was smashed and bent a bit in a suitcase?
- Hi Audra, Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about your hat. But no worries, let me try to help out. Steam gets the creases out. If you have a steamer, that would be great! If not, you can use a flat iron. If you use an iron, use a white thin sheet to put it over the edge, then you can iron lightly over it. That will smooth out the creases. And in order to stiffen your hats a little, you may try using spray starch. Some people even use hairspray in the absence of starch. I hope this helps. - Will this hat fit a 23 inch head? I purchased Daphne but it was too small. I live in the tropics and need sun protection. I have a few Hampton hats and they do fit but are not structured, which might be the reason. Thank you in advance.
