Beautiful hat. . so far poor customer service
"I thought the hat was beautiful however, it was too large, and it said it was not able to be twisted or misshapen to be packed… I sent it back. They received it April 20 and as of today, May 15 I am still waiting for a refund… I’ve heard nothing . . I purchased a $3. 98 offer for returning it but if I understood right they’re still charging me an $18 return fee. ."

- How do I best clean the hat and in particular the band inside from makeup and sweat
- To clean: Use a light detergent, such as dish soap and a capful of white distilled vinegar, to clean. Although gentle, it is powerful enough to remove grease or filth. You can spot clean with hot water after diluting it. You might also use a white terry cloth towel or a gentle brush. Ensure the detergent doesn't remove the color by testing it first underneath the hat. You might even give a TIDE pen a try.
- Do you know when and if the Hampton will be available in the cream color?
- Unfortunately, we do not have information as to if and when the Hampton in Cream will be made available again. But if you are subscribed to our newsletter, you'll be one of the first to know if its back.

- I bought this hat specifically to roll and pack. However, inside the hat are packing instructions suggesting one should pack it upside down, put clothing inside the crown and pack other clothing around to “protect” the hat. So, is this hat rollable and packable or not?
- Hi Joanne, The Hampton hat is indeed a packable/rollable hat. We always place packing instructions with all our hats that says "stuff with small clothing items or hosiery" even if the hat is rollable. - I bought the Daphne hat for myself and it’s to tight and doesn’t fit. I’m returning it for credit. Is Hampton any looser? I believe I’m a 7 1/2 hat size.
