Return Policy

COVID-19 NOTICE:
We are currently processing online orders & inquiries in accordance to New York City/State Laws & Regulations regarding "Social Distancing." Due to this action your order and response may be delayed. To better accommodate our e-commerce customers during this period, we have extended our return window from 7 days to 14 days. Thank you for your continued support and loyalty during this time.


We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of unused merchandise within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the original purchase price. The cost for shipping returns is the responsibility of the customer returning the item(s).

Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

If you are making a return please contact us at customerservice@ericjavits.com for a return authorization (RA) number. Returns received without an RA number will not be processed. 

Please allow 14 days for the processing of your return.

Once we receive your returned item and your request is processed, you will be issued a credit via our payment processing provider.

Specials / Sale Items

All "Sale" items as well as items marked "Final Sale" including "special/private invitation" event items are final sale.  Credit will only be given in the form of an exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase of equal or greater value.

Price Adjustments

We will not make price adjustments on previous purchases.

Shipping Errors

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent you an incorrect item, we will gladly exchange that item.
